Chef's Chopping Boards - Square

Chef's Chopping Boards are made from specially selected hardwoods. Canadian Rock Maple is the most regularly used, as well as West African Iroko and European Beech. The timber has to be kiln dried to be obtain a specific moisture content, with only a low tolerance for variation.
