ECS Gourmet Series surfaces feature a three-eighths inch profile in 3 different color choices. This surface is multifunctional with a generous juice groove on one side made to handle the juiciest of meats and fruits, and a flat food prep surface on the other. The slightly heavier weight of this surface feels good under the knife, but can still be handled, cleaned, and stored with ease.
