Gourmet food preparation demands surfaces large enough for working on complex recipes, versatile enough for preparing any cuisine in any kitchen, and capable of being easily moved, cleaned, and stored. Epicurean’s Modular Series, inspired by restaurant chefs and designed for utility, meets those demands. Every Modular surface includes two pieces. One is a large flat prep area with a 360 juice groove. The other is a dual-purpose juice run and bread surface (next to an under-mount sink, the juice run is great for draining liquid). Both pieces can be flipped over and used as a super-large flat cutting surfaces. Each piece can function independently, and they can be used in various configurations depending on specific prep needs.
